We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds, cancellations, and course transfers for bookings made via our website — including payments made through Klarna.
1. Cancellations and Refunds
If you have booked a training course and wish to cancel, the following terms apply:
a. More than 14 days before the course start date
Full refund to the original payment method (including Klarna), or
Transfer your booking to a future course date at no extra cost.
b. Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date
50% refund, or
One free transfer to a future course date.
c. Less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has begun
No refund will be issued.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or unforeseen emergency), a course transfer may be offered at our discretion.
2. Klarna Payments
If you paid using Klarna:
Refunds will be processed back through Klarna following their standard procedures.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on Klarna’s processing times.
Klarna will update your instalment plan or remaining balance once the refund is processed.

3. Course Postponement or Cancellation by Invictus Strategic Solutions
On rare occasions, a course may be postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled (e.g., trainer illness, low enrolment, unforeseen circumstances). If this occurs, you will receive:
An alternative course date at no additional charge, or
A full refund to your original payment method, including Klarna.
Invictus Strategic Solutions Limited is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.
