What You Need to Know

Who are your trainers?

Our trainers come from real-world backgrounds in the specialist military, law enforcement, emergency medical services, and Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, organisations. They teach from experience, not just theory, so every course is grounded in practical insight.

Yes. Many of our first aid course options are certified through Qualsafe, a recognised awarding organisation. All training is delivered by qualified professionals with operational expertise and supports workplace and insurance compliance.

Most of our training is delivered in person by experienced instructors. For select courses, we offer blended formats that combine online theory with hands-on, practical delivery to meet the needs of busy teams or remote learners.

We deliver training across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, the West Midlands, London, and the wider UK. HEAT and TSAT courses are also available internationally for NGOs, corporates, and field teams.

A travel risk assessment is a structured review of potential safety and security threats based on your location, journey, or operational context. It helps your organisation prepare, meet duty of care responsibilities, and reduce exposure to risk.

We recommend booking training at least two to four weeks in advance. For specialist courses like FREC 3 or HEAT, earlier booking helps us plan delivery and secure dates. Last-minute availability may be possible depending on location and trainer schedules.
